Assisted Living Concepts
Our development team was responsible for the management, design and construction of fifteen facilities throughout Texas over a two-year period. These fifteen projects were based on two prototypical, one-story buildings: 1) a 36-unit, 27,000 S.F. facility and 2) a 50-unit, 32,000 S.F facility. Each facility was designed around a common courtyard providing privacy and security to the residents. All buildings contained commercial kitchens and laundry facilities, as well as common dining, living and activity areas.
