StoneCreek Senior Living at North Richland Hills
We broke ground at our North Richland Hills community in October of 2017. This campus will be centered around an amenity-rich Assisted Living and Memory Care community similar to our Flower Mound and Edmond communities. The community will consist of seventy-four (74) Assisted Living and twenty-six (26) Memory Care units. In addition, ten (10) two-bed / two-bath villas with private garages will be situated along the northern and eastern boundaries. There will also be three (3) neighborhood office pads along the southern border fronting Mid Cities Boulevard. |

We are excited to announce our newest project located in Littleton, CO. The location of the community will provide easy commutes for residents, their families, and staff alike through quick access to Colorado 470 and US 85. Colorado 470 loops the majority of Denver providing quick access around the city while US 85 serves a major north-south thoroughfare spanning the State of Colorado. StoneCreek of Flying Horse at Colorado Springs
In January 2019, we broke ground in Colorado Springs, CO. Located off of Northgate Drive and I-25, this project is being developed amidst the Club at Flying Horse golf course. The community will have beautiful unobstructed views of Pike's Peak and the Air Force Academy. The development will include seventy-three (73) Assisted Living units, sixteen (16) Memory Care units, nine (9) Villa units, and sixteen (16) Flats units spread out over seven and a half (7.5) acres. As Colorado Springs continues to grow, brand new retail, valued at over one billion dollars, is in the pipeline through 2024 will be just minutes away from StoneCreek of Flying Horse. Also, UCHealth broke ground on a new 65,000 sq ft, 3-story medical building next to Grandview Hospital, near I-25.
